Councils

PBA is led by industry volunteers and is guided by the goal of enhancing the power, performance and perception of the professional beauty community.

Governing Council
The Governing Council is made up of three representatives from each of the membership sections. The Governing Council handles budgeting, endorsement of legislation, strategic planning and other industry-wide issues.

Leadership Councils
The Professional Beauty Association has three Leadership Councils. Each council is made up of dedicated members who have taken an active role in the association. There is one for each membership section: Distributor, Manufacturer and Salon/Spa. The Leadership Councils handle issues germane to their membership.
