Governing Council
The PBA Governing Council is made up of three representatives from each of the Leadership Councils. The Governing Council handles budgeting, endorsement of legislation, strategic planning and other industry-wide issues.

Under the leadership of Lee Rizzuto, Jr., The Conair Corporation has launched over 1000 new products, many exceeding over several million units. Since accepting his current position, he has increased revenues by 500%.
Lee was a member of the Board of Directors of the American Beauty Association and subsequently appointed to the Vice Chair position of the Professional Beauty Association. In 2006, he was named President of the PBA Manufacturer Leadership Council. Hosted on April 29, 2006, Lee was the 2006 Beauty Ball Honoree & Dinner Chairman.
In addition, Lee serves as Member Director of Boys Town of Italy, active member of The Columbus Citizens Foundation, Board Member of Italian Center of Stamford, Board Member of Center of Italian Culture and Language of Stamford, Board Member of Comitato Tricolore and recipient of the Italian Ministry - Mirko Tremaglia Award in 2002.
He plays an active and very personal role in supporting numerous community charities; within days of 9/11 he founded the World Trade Center Charity Fund.
Lee, his wife and three children reside in Stamford, CT.

Josh Hafetz was recently named President of Raylon Corporation, a full service distributor servicing salons in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Delaware. Prior to joining Raylon as Director of Sales for New Jersey in 2000, Josh was a Regional Sales Manager for ISO in California. Josh's passion for the Beauty Industry is rooted in his enjoyment of the incredible people that make this industry so amazing. He regularly provides educational outreach to stylists and salon owners to help them achieve greater financial and personal success in their careers. Over the last 2 years Josh has increased his involvement in the industry by serving on the PBA Distributor Leadership Council. Through his service as a member of the PBA Distributor Leadership Council and PBA Governing Council Josh hopes to continue to contribute to the future success of the industry.

Serena Chreky is vice president and co-owner of Andre Chreky, the Salon Spa which is located two blocks from the White House in Washington, DC. She is responsible for the company's marketing, advertising and public relations, as well as managing its 60 employees.
In 1997, Serena founded and created "Salon-A-Thon", an annual 24-hour charity event and gala to benefit the Children's Hospital in Washington, DC. To date, Salon-A-Thon has contributed over $600,000 to the Children's Hospital and was honored with its most distinguished award, the Chairman's Special Award.
Serena earned her MBA in business administration and finance from Virginia Polytechnic and State University. She also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Maryland, College Park, along with honors from Phi Beta Kappa, Beta Gamma Sigma and Phi Kappa Phi.
Serena married Andre in 1987 and they are the parents of two teenage daughters, Isabel and Lillian.

Sydney Berry has been with Salon Services & Supplies for twenty-seven years. Sydney was hired in 1980 by the original owners as their first Business Consultant, was promoted to Sales Manager, then General Manager, then President. Sydney, her husband Miles and George Learned had the opportunity to purchase Salon Services & Supplies, Inc. from the original owners in 1997.
As a licensed cosmetologist, and a former salon owner, Sydney embraced the opportunity to interact with a broad range of people, which has built Salon Services & Supplies into a distinctive force in the Pacific Northwest. She has been actively involved in the beauty industry for over thirty years. Her commitment to the salon industry is powerfully demonstrated by the continual investment made by Salon Services in providing education to its constituents. She developed a networking group at the beginning of her career in distribution which continues today specifically for the salon owners to grow their business with the strengths they share.
Sydney's family includes her husband Miles; children Stacy, Jeremy and Tiffany and grandson Kanon.

NeCole Cumberlander has been in the hair care industry for many years and her accomplishments are as diverse as they are cutting edge. NeCole is a national educator for John Paul Mitchell Systems and the current President of the Professional Beauty Association's Salon/Spa Section. She has trained other hairstylists around the country in advanced education and salon management for many years. Her passion for education has inspired NeCole to become co-owner of The Ohio Academy Paul Mitchell Partner School.

John's communication, organizational and people skills have contributed to the development of his and his wife Xena's salon. The salon team at Xena's Beauty Company is about to begin an annual trip through Italy, which will include photo shoots. John is committed to progressive change within the industry and is thankful that his involvement in the industry has afforded him the opportunity to work with, learn from and create cherished friendships with so many brilliant, interesting and passionate entrepreneurs.

Brian Graham is Chief Executive Office of NIOXIN Research Laboratories, Inc., the worlds' leading manufacturer of natural solutions for fine and thinning hair. In 2003 he assumed the responsibilities of CEO for NIOXIN. Prior to assuming this position, he served as Vice President of Marketing for 8 years.
Before starting his career with NIOXIN, Brian worked in the field of medical rehabilitation. His natural attraction to NIOXIN stems from his passion for helping others look and feel their best.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science degree from Georgia Southern University and then completed his P.M.D. at Harvard University.
Brian is the eldest son of Eva Graham, founder and Chairman of NIOXIN, and lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
