Salon/Spa Council

The Professional Beauty Association has three Leadership Councils. Each council is made up of dedicated members who have taken an active role in the association. There is one for each membership group: Distributor, Manufacturer and Salon/Spa. The Leadership Councils handle issues germane to their membership.
