The Professional Beauty Association respects your privacy! When you become a PBA member or request information about membership, you provide PBA with information on you and your business. PBA regards this information as confidential.

PBA does not rent, sell or share your information to nonaffiliated businesses. We may provide your information to trusted partners who work with PBA, such as member benefit providers. PBA maintains a strict review policy on all materials these partner companies share with you. These partner companies may not rent, sell or share your information with other businesses. If at any time we find they are using membership information inappropriately, the partner relationship will be terminated.

You may occasionally receive materials that do not at first glance appear to be PBA-related. But look closer! We produce many industry events that you may not be aware of, such as the North American Hairstyling Awards, PBA Symposium, Center for Business Education, Beacon, International Salon & Spa Expo (ISSE) and more. As a partner in North American Beauty Events, we also present Cosmoprof North America. As a member, you are automatically included in mailing lists for these events.

If you believe that a company may have received unauthorized access to your membership information, please notify PBA immediately by phone at 800-468-2274 (480-281-0424) or by email at info@probeauty.org.

If you do not wish to receive further communications from PBA, please call 800-468-2274 (480-281-0424) or email info@probeauty.org and ask that your information be removed from our database. Because we maintain many databases, please indicate which materials you received that prompted the request. Please be aware that sometimes partner companies and other mailing list suppliers provide lists to us on an annual basis. If you are included on such a list, you may find yourself back on our mailing list each year, so you may need to call on an annual basis.
