Each year, the Professional Beauty Federation invites Capitol Hill to share an evening with important members of the small business community—salon owners and licensed professionals. At Welcome to Our World, the professional salon industry “makes over” Congress. And as the Congressional representatives and their staffs experience haircuts, manicures and massages, our members take the time to explain the issues that are critical to their success as small business owners. (The Professional Beauty Federation is an organization of salon industry associations, including PBA.)
