Launched in the Spring of 2006, the Professional Beauty Association's Center for Business Education (CBE) provides ongoing, executive-level education for professional beauty industry salon owners, distributors and manufacturers. CBE educational programs are unlike any other-taught by successful peers with in-the-field experience and focused on our industry's issues.
