  • Exhibit Space Rate - $22.00 per sq. ft.
  • CORNER FEE: Additional $300 PER Corner
  • 100 - 300SF includes pipe and drape, carpet, (1) 8ft skirted table, (2) chairs, and company ID sign. Bulk Rate Price available for 3,000+ sq.ft. contiguous space; no booth sharing allowed. Call for pricing.

Hall Assignments

Hall assignments will be based on the following without exception:

Promenade Hall: Hair Products/Tools & Equipment, Nail Enhancements/Products/Tools & Equipment, Salon Apparel, Sundries, Make–Up & Cosmetics (excluding eye-only related products like lash extensions, eyebrow enhancements, mascara, etc.), Salon Furniture, Shears, Wigs/Extensions. – Any other product(s) not listed below*

Arena Hall: Skin care/spa & wellness products/tools & equipment, business tools/software, tanning products/tools, cosmetics-lash extension, eyebrow products/enhancements, make-up/ cosmetics, waxing products – Any other product/service(s) not listed above*

To be assigned a booth in the Promenade Hall, a minimum of 100% of displayed product must be as detailed above. *Cross-over product and services such as trade publications, associations, books and posters may be placed in either hall space/time permitting.

Music at any function held in conjunction with this conference is subject to applicable copyright and licensing fees charged by ASCAP and/or BMI. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to pay applicable fees. For more information about licensing fees, visit www.ascap.com or www.bmi.com.

Want an Exclusive Classroom?

With an Exclusive Classroom you will be able to conduct your own classes, at your own schedule, exclusively for your company. PBA/ISSE provides you with the space during the show hours on the day(s) it is reserved by your company. The PBA Beauty Bar caters to licensed beauty professionals who want only the best beauty products without all the guesswork. Now, they can discover new favorites in a convenient location on the show floor while you increase your brand awareness and gain valuable market share!

The PBA Beauty Bar will be located in the Arena Hall by the classrooms and has limited space available. Exhibiting companies will feature their top-of-the-line product sample (1,000 pcs required in a min. size 15ml or .5oz). Each sample will be housed in a clear dispenser tube with your company logo/brand clearly displayed.

The PBA Member-to-Member Program will help increase sales and drive member attendees to your booth.

Participating exhibitors extend a special member discount to PBA member attendees. The special is at the discretion of the exhibitor, and all exhibitors are eligible to participate. For example:

The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) will be judging booths to determine the "Best of ISSE" booth displays. All exhibitors are automatically entered into the competition.
