Attention

There will be a $10 processing fee when ordering tickets by phone, fax or mail. Purchase your ISSE Midwest 2012 expo and paid education tickets online to save on processing fees.

Tickets purchased using the Ticket Purchase Form must include full payment and be received before October 26, 2012. Forms received after October 26, will not be processed. You will have to purchase tickets once you arrive at the Convention Center. Please use a separate form for each person.

  • Salon/Spa business license denoting salon/spa ownership
  • Cosmetology, Nail Technician, Esthetician license
    (including international license)
  • Massage Therapist license
  • Makeup Artist Union Card
  • Temptu Pro Artist Card
  • MAC Pro Card
  • Smashbox Pro Card
  • PBA/NCA Member ID
    (members of the Salon/Spa section and licensed professional members of the Beauty Professional/NCA section only)
  • Other beauty association membership card (CCA, ISPA, etc.)
  • Sally's Professional Card (red)
  • Maly's Card (blue)
  • CosmoProf Proclub Card
  • Cosmetology School Business, State License or School ID card
  • Student ID or letter from certified instructor on school letterhead
  • Business card from a legitimate salon with your name on it
