Networking Groups

Local networking meetings provide an opportunity for beauty business professionals (salon/spa owners, distributors or manufacturers) to share ideas and provide on-going support for like-minded entrepreneurs. It is also a fabulous opportunity to recruit new members into our association!

What members are saying about local networking groups:

"It gives you such strength to know you share ALL of the same challenges, and you are okay and to keep going... If we all share, we are all great, [and] we all win eventually." - Donna Gardner

"One benefit of being friendly with neighboring salons has been the value of exchanging information about potential hires... We have an agreement between us that we don't hire out from under each other." - Karie Bennett

"[The networking group] mentors the new people starting out... We help each other out, and we know we can refer clients and/or staff (if they do not fit our culture) to these salons... [We] love the networking and seeing the industry from the "owner" point of view." - Tina Morschauser
