There are two sides to the salon/spa industry as all salon and spa owners know: the creative work done on the floor and the business work done behind the scenes. Beacon gives 100 cosmetology students an opportunity to learn about the business side of salons and spas at PBA's annual Symposium in January. Plus, PBA members gain both a sneak peek into the future of the industry and an instant recruiting environment.
