DSCs Get Insight
into Breaking the Million Dollar Barrier
PBA's latest distributor-focused Center for Business Education (CBE) seminar, "How to Be a Million Dollar Sales Consultant," was a huge success. Facilitated by Rosemary Pearson of Salon Services and Steve Withrow of Marshall Supply Co., the thirteen attendees were exposed to some of the best selling tactics in the industry. From how to streamline time management to annual goal setting, the program taught attendees new insights into building relationships with salons to help them succeed.
Participants were eager to share their enthusiasm and satisfaction with the program. "I thought it was great-I really enjoyed the differences between [the speakers] and seeing how they are both successful," says Amanda McCullon of Columbia Beauty Supply. And Mike Ellington of Peel's Salon Services says, "It was great to talk with such a great group of professionals."
Next Up. The next distributor-focused CBE seminar takes place at Cosmoprof North America in Las Vegas. The seminar will focus on successful sales practices for sales managers and consultants. The session will be offered Monday, July 15, 2007 from 2:00pm - 4:00pm and on Tuesday, July 16, 2007 from 8:00am - 10:00am.
PBA's Center for Business Education provides on-going, executive-level education for professional beauty industry distributors, manufacturers and salons/spas.
