Insights on Building a Salon Empire

Eveline Charles and her expert team of managers led "How to Build a Salon Empire," the most recent salon/spa-focused Center for Business Education (CBE) seminar in Scottsdale, Arizona this past October. The intimate structure of the CBE seminars allowed for great interaction and networking on ideas such as business planning, developing an organizational chart and setting measurable goals. "What is not measured doesn't happen," the team explained. "So it's important to set clear goals, develop strategies and measure results."

Cheryl Finn with Salon Estique in Phoenix liked the format, with the limited attendance, round-table focus and peer instructors.
