The Professional Beauty Association (PBA) is made up of salons and spas, distributors and manufacturers dedicated to improving their individual businesses and the industry as a whole.

PBA's salon/spa section is dedicated to the business issues faced by owners and managers at top salons and spas in the U.S. and Canada. Eligible companies include beauty salons, nails salons, chain salons, barbershops, spas and dayspas that have a minimum of three licensed employees.

Salon/spa members benefit from advanced salon business education at the annual PBA Symposium and through the Center for Business Education. Members connect with other members through networking groups or the listserve. A library of valuable business blueprints helps member businesses tackle recruiting, retention and much more. And PBA advocates for salon/spa owner interests on Capitol Hill. (Currently, we have tip-tax fairness legislation pending before Congress.)
