Know a promising cosmetology student? Help get them involved with Beacon! Beacon should be an opportunity for outstanding cosmetology students to sit side-by-side with salon owners and managers during PBA's Annual Symposium. Beacon also provides special breakout sessions tailored just for the cosmetology student - the future salon professional - which helps to expand their knowledge and understanding of the entire industry.
