With more than 25 years of experience in the professional beauty industry, Salewsky has consulted with almost every major brand on packaging, product introductions, channel partner selections,
and acquisition candidates.
For the majority of his career, he ran one of the largest family-owned distributors in the industry that was acquired by Beauty Systems Group in 2010. The distributor set new standards in the beauty business
by deploying technology that increased service levels and sped up execution strategies, thus redefining the rules for servicing the beauty professional.
iBeAuthentic was born from the desire to continue those professional beauty partnerships
and accelerate the acceptance, deployment, and execution of technology to expand their reach and enhance their ability to provide service levels typically expected in the beauty consumer world, but not often found in the beauty “business to
business” environment.

Ashlee is the President of Bangstyle, and brings over a decade’s worth of experience in the beauty industry, along with a background in marketing and fashion. Ashlee has had her eye on digital for years, and has developed a space where beauty
meets technology – creating a digital platform to promote industry artist's work - and innovation, compassion, and ability to literally change lives.
With her vast knowledge and deep understanding of the digital world, Ashlee knows
that social media is a way of life, and that understanding social patterns, best practices and social tactics is an essential tool for growing your business, which is the key to success in this fast paced digital climate.
Kelly has dedicated her entire career to the professional beauty industry, representing many manufacturers through her career, such as: Redken, Sebastian,
Matrix, Goldwell, John Paul Mitchell Systems in addition to many other hair, nail, skin and sundry brands.
Speaking with a variety of audiences during her career including train the trainer, distributor sales consultants, salon owners,
stylists and students of the industry, Kelly enjoys elevating industry professionals through sharing knowledge, sparking insight and inspiring action.
This has allowed her the opportunity to join Suite Management Franchise as the Director
of Training and Development, to inspire growth and success for the Franchise Owners and Members of My Salon Suites and Salon Plaza.
