Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Deadline to request a refund is Friday, January 10, 2020 (11:59PM Pacific Standard Time).
  • After Friday, January 10, 2020, no refunds will be granted.
  • All refund requests must be submitted online, via this form.
  • Refunds are subject to a $25 cancellation fee.
  • Substitution of registered individuals is not permitted.
  • Refunds will be issued within 5 days of submission.
  • PBA paid membership is not eligible for a refund.
  • No shows/non-attendance is not eligible for a refund.
