Whether you’re looking to access your account, curious about your benefits, or anything else related to your current or future membership, please refer to the list of questions below!

How do I log into my account?

You can log into your PBA profile via probeauty.org and click on the LOGIN NOW! button. Use your email address and the password that you created. If you have never logged into your account, or do not remember your password, you can just click the Forgot your password? link and follow the prompts. Upon login, if you are not immediately directed to your main Profile page, navigate to your PBA Profile page by clicking My Account via the top line navigation bar and this should bring you to your main Profile Page.

How do I renew my Salon/Spa or Business membership?

The primary contact on the membership is the only person who can renew the membership online. As the primary contact, please log into your PBA account. Once logged into your PBA account and you are on your PBA profile page, you go to the My Account Links section. In that section, you select My Membership, then click on the renew/rejoin button and follow the prompts.

How do I know what I receive with my membership?

Please log in to your PBA account. Upon login, if you are not immediately directed to your main Profile page, navigate to your PBA Profile page by clicking My Account via the top line navigation bar and this should bring you to your main Profile Page. On your main Profile Page click on My Benefits.

How do I add employees to my PBA roster?

The primary contact on the membership is the only person who can edit your PBA roster. As the primary contact, please log into your PBA account. Once logged into your PBA account and you are on your PBA profile page, you will see the Organizations You Manage section. The Salon/Spa or Business will be listed under that section with a hyperlink that brings you to your organization. From there, you can click on the +Add New button to add employees or xEnd Relationship button to remove employees.

I heard PBA offers group health insurance. Is that true?

PBA partners with a national health insurance provider to offer a variety of health insurance options in all 50 states. Our partner is staffed with insurance experts who will help guide you through the process to select the best solution to meet your personal needs. To access the benefit, please log in to your PBA account and click on My Benefits.

How do I receive a discount to attend shows and other industry events? Do I have to be a member?

PBA members receive discounts to many industry trade shows and events including Premiere Anaheim, Orlando, Columbus and San Antonio as well as IBS/IECSC in New York, Las Vegas and Miami. To access your member discount, please log in to your PBA account and click on My Benefits.

How do I access the membership directory?

Please log in to your PBA account. Upon login, if you are not immediately directed to your main Profile page, navigate to your PBA Profile page by clicking My Account via the top line navigation bar. On the top navigation bar, you will click on Member Directory and from there, you can search based on the different criteria listed.
