Know an Educator or Inspiring Salon of the Year who deserves to be recognized?
Be mindful of the category you are entering - not all collections belong in multiple categories. While entering the same photographs into multiple categories is allowed for some categories (please refer to the specific category requirements
when entering), submitting your collection into too many categories is likely to dilute your chances of sticking out in one.
Do your homework and direct the process to create a unique look and feel for your collection based on the category
you plan to enter.
THE NAHA remix
Revisit and reinvent a previously entered collection! Everything looks different through the prism of today, so why not give your work a remake? Maybe your work was too ahead of its time, you applied too much filtering which made it hard to see the detail
of the work, or your post-production work went a bit past the PBA guidelines. Whatever the reason, this is your second chance to take that collection that you know is NAHA quality and give it a new life for 2023!
Here’s how you enter:
Find a previous collection from the past, that was not selected as a finalist
Make sure that collection follows the current category and overall NAHA rules and regulations
Touch up, update, remove and add filters if you like – keep in mind the NAHA photo manipulation rules
Enter in your selected category and note that your collection is a Remix during entry
Remix collections cannot be submitted to Master or Student Hairstylist of the Year
