PBA is searching for a Partnership Development Manager who has experience building and managing key partnerships and accounts. This role is responsible for the creation of a membership sales and recruiting strategy, creation of membership programs
to accelerate membership growth, and member engagement to support and drive retention and value. This person will play a critical role in PBA's membership value, in collaboration with many team members across the organization.
PBA is searching for a Membership Coordinator who has experience in customer service, building relationships and managing database information. This role is responsible for maintaining member data, building relationships and being a resource for our members.
This individual will report to the Membership Engagement Manager and will support our quest to reach overall membership and revenue growth objectives.
The Brand Manager will manage brand messaging and development for the Product and Service offerings to support the Brand. This will include owning the Brand Equity and bringing to life the campaigns and executions that support the Brand.
Scope of Responsibilities:
The Brand Manager will manage the products/services to drive awareness and retention.
Increase brand awareness
Develop value and messaging points that resonate with our audience
Evaluate portfolio of products and offerings
Build a marketing plan to meet goals and drive the execution
Develop a consistent set of analytics and tracking metrics to measure results
Deliver campaigns to drive awareness and new acquisitions
Develop and manages the brand plan that drives membership growth - through brand awareness and new acquisitions
Performance and Success Measures
Growing organization as defined by a 3-year plan
Ensure Brand Equity is aligned with overall equity analytics and tracking metrics to measure results
Growth of programs tied to 3-year plan
Delivering marketing plans within budget
This person will report directly to the Director of Brand Marketing. This person will also manage direct reports on the Marketing team.

Proven ABM/Brand Manager experience, beauty industry or CPG preferred
Proven results in sustained growth and expansion of brand products and service offering
Experience applying brand-building skills to include brand building fundamentals e.g. building equity pyramid, clear understanding of Who, What, and How, and developing a portfolio of products and services that support the target
Experience in managing people and agencies (Advertising, Digital Marketing, PR, etc.)
Experience building and executing brand plans
Project Management experience leading large complex projects, delivering on-time and on-budget
Budget management experience
Proven capability of leading through the influence of others
